Tasting Notes:
On the rim: deep dark shiny oil with touches of ruby and crimson on the rim
On the nose: beautiful nose of chocolate, cedar, pepper, star anise, clove, black currant and touches of roses and tulips
On the palate: dense but fresh entrance evolving on a granular mid-palate with touches of dark chocolate, blueberry reduction, bacon, licorice, dark cherry and fern lingering on plum, sandalwood and blackberries
